Randall Kaplan
Chairman of the Board

Randall Kaplan, 51, serves as chairman of the board for Listingbook™. In his role, Kaplan will take the lead in setting corporate strategy and in working with Listingbook's stakeholders.

Kaplan is an entrepreneur with a strong commitment to family and community and serves on the boards of many local, state and national non-profit organizations. In the business community, in addition to his role with Listingbook, Kaplan is CEO of Capsule Group, LLC, a private investment company; president of the Elm Street Center, LLC; and founding chairman and current board member of SterlingSouth Bank. In the non-profit community, Kaplan is currently chairman of the United Way of Greater Greensboro; chairman of International Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life, and sits on many other local, state and national non-profit boards.

From the mid-1980s to 2000, Kaplan was the president of Kay Chemical Co., the largest supplier of cleaning and sanitation products to the fast food industry worldwide. Kaplan sold the company to Ecolab in the mid-1990s. Kaplan remained with Kay and served on Ecolab's senior management team until stepping down at the beginning of 2000. Earlier in his career, Kaplan worked as a corporate tax and banking attorney for Caplin & Drysdale in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, Kaplan worked as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals (11th Circuit) in Georgia.

A North Carolina native, Kaplan graduated from Brown University in 1978 with a bachelor's degree in economics and political science. He received his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1981.

James H. Barry
President and Chief Operating Officer

James H. Barry, 47, is president and chief operating officer of Listingbook. Barry joined the company at the end of 2005 to lead the company in a national expansion from the Triad region (Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point) to MLS regions across the country.

Barry formerly served as founder and CEO of Image Logistics Corp. in Greensboro, N.C., from 1999 to 2005. In that role, Barry branded and automated sales and fulfillment functions of the highly fragmented $8 billion custom logo apparel market. His vision ultimately led to the creation of the FastLogo® brand to develop and market the system through leading retailers. He oversaw the deployment of pilot programs of the FastLogo® system in more than 60 Office Depot and 130 OfficeMax locations. He also secured $9.2 million in private equity through five rounds of funding over a four-year period.

Previously, Barry was director of sales for Brother International Corp., an embroidery systems company in Bridgewater, N.J., from 1997 to 1999. In that role, Barry managed sales, marketing and support functions of electronic embroidery systems for an emerging division of a $3 billion multinational corporation. He also held a series of sales positions for Greensboro-based Macpherson Meistergram Inc. from 1986 to 1997, serving as national sales manager the last three years of his tenure.

Barry graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in politics and government.

Robert Milman
Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer

Robert Milman, 60, is executive vice president and chief innovation officer for Listingbook. His role at Listingbook is to apply his expertise from 25 years of developing real estate information systems to today's needs of the real estate industry and the consumer. Nearly two decades ago, he foresaw how the Web could change the real estate industry. His vision and inspiration for Listingbook was the belief that the Internet would be the medium for an interactive, agent-centric community. His goal was to provide a service that integrates both the business needs of the real estate agent and the technology savvy consumer in a collaborative environment.

Prior to developing Listingbook, Milman developed a variety of real estate programs. In the mid 80's, Milman developed MOBIS (Mobile Information System), which was the first cellular real estate system in the country. In the late 80s, Milman developed a real estate distributed database system which was marketed by the largest MLS vendors in North America. Committed to providing real estate companies and their agents services to streamline their business by integrating technology, he continued the development of systems supporting real estate brokerage operations and agent productivity through the 90's. Many of his innovations were a result of his involvement with Home Mart, Inc., a real estate company he founded in 1975.

From 1969 to 1973, Milman served as a Marine Corps supply officer where he helped design the first automated supply system to computerize Marine Corps materials.

Milman, a native of Atlantic City, N.J., graduated from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in 1969 and has additional degrees in real estate and data processing.

Ira Luntz
Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

Ira Luntz joined Listingbook in May 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Luntz is responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and implementation of Listingbook technology with various MLSs nationwide.

Ira Luntz has spent over twenty-five years as a nationally recognized expert in the field of real estate information systems, including software design and system integration. Luntz most recently held the position of President and CEO of Visient Corporation, a privately held real estate data and technology company based in Sarasota, Fla. Visient provides web-based information systems to real estate Brokers nationwide. While at Visient, Luntz raised money, expanded the company's sales and marketing efforts and was instrumental in providing web-based information systems to real estate brokers nationwide.

Prior to his time at Visient, Luntz served as the President and CEO of Threewide Corporation, a company based in West Virginia which specializes in listing data management and wireless devices that access and updates MLS systems. Luntz held this position from 2003 - 2005. From 1999 - 2003, Luntz led the creation of a new Internet MLS system with HomeSeekers.com. During his time at Homeseekers.com, he was appointed COO for the company and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Solutions for Fidelity National Information Solutions, the company that acquired the MLS division of HomeSeekers.com in 2001.

In the late 1990s, Luntz was co-founder of Clareity Consulting, a premier real estate information consulting company. He consulted with many of the world's largest MLS organizations, including the Toronto Real Estate Board, the MLS of Northern Illinois and the Metropolitan Regional Information System.

Luntz graduated from Boston University in 1971 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications. He had earlier studied chemical engineering at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.

Todd John
Chief Revenue Officer

Todd John who joined Listingbook in January 2008, is helping to lead the company in its national expansion as Chief Revenue Officer.

John has more than 10 years experience building, managing and growing businesses and business initiatives. He most recently served as national account director for American Online, leading initiatives in search marketing, online display advertising, content integration, product placement and online video advertising.

Previously, John was general manager for media sales for Time Warner Cable's Coast Carolina region and director for advertising and e-commerce for Time Warner Cable/RoadRunner.

John was also founder of SC Document Packaging, an on-demand bookbinding pioneer in both the B2B and consumer markets, based in Columbia, South Carolina in 1996. The company was renamed Innovative Binding, Inc., in 1997 and moved to Falls Church, Virginia. Under his leadership, IBI became a national brand synonymous with on-demand hardcover bookbinding. IBI won numerous bookbinding industry awards and has been recognized as a valuable resource to the genealogy industry by Family Tree Maker Magazine and Ancestry.com.

John graduated from Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in communication. He was a three-year starter on the varsity basketball team and a three-year member of the varsity golf team. He attended graduate school at California University of Pennsylvania. At age 25 he opted into the entrepreneurial world. He was born in Uniontown, Pa. John, his wife, and their four children live in Wilmington, N.C.

Todd Colthorp
Executive Vice President of Sales and New Business Development

Todd Colthorp, 53, serves as executive vice president of sales and new business development for Listingbook. Colthorp joined Listingbook in September of 2006 and is responsible for securing relationships with MLS' and managing regional Listingbook representatives. Colthorp is dedicated to the growth of Listingbook and its client base.

Colthorp, a respected MLS system sales veteran, most recently worked as a sales executive and development leader for eNeighborhoods, of Boca Raton, Fla., that compiles home and neighborhood information used by real estate professionals. Colthorp was primarily responsible for promoting eNeighborhoods' MLS Alliance product, which aggregates data from MLS' in neighboring databases and provides consolidated information to real estate agents and brokers outside their typical MLS boundaries.

Previously, Colthorp worked as director of MLS sales for Realigent of Irvine, Calif. From 1982 to the late 1990s, Colthorp served as the cofounder of BORIS Systems (Fidelity) in Lansing, Mich., where he started and co-developed with Ira Luntz, turnkey MLS systems that redefined automated software systems for multiple listing services.

Colthorp received a B.A. in Business Management from Western Michigan University in 1975. Colthorp is an avid golfer and is married with five children.

Scott Feldman
Senior Vice President of Sales

Scott Feldman, 41, is Senior Vice President of Sales for Listingbook™. Feldman leads the Regional Sales Group and the Service Group to increase adoption of Listingbook among brokers and agents. A dynamic, entrepreneurial sales and management strategist, Feldman has more than 18 years of achievement and demonstrated success driving multimillion-dollar sales growth.

The Regional Sales Group and the Service Group are responsible for training and assisting real estate companies and individual agents to optimize productivity, increase client satisfaction and maximize broker profits by integrating Listingbook into their businesses. Feldman has personally trained thousands of successful agents to achieve those goals. He is responsible for developing strong partnership arrangements with leading brokers throughout the country.

Feldman has a proven record of sales leadership, especially in highly competitive markets. He is skillful at growing company profits and improving team performance. Feldman has also demonstrated his tenaciousness in building new business, identifying new markets, building customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.

Feldman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He enjoys tennis and is married with two children.

Michael Ondrejko
Senior Vice President Product Development & Consumer Experience

Michael Ondrejko joined Listingbook in April 2008 as Vice President of Product Development and Consumer Experience. He is responsible for continually improving the experience for all users as Listingbook expands nationally.

Ondrejko has more than 10 years experience in operations and management. Before joining Listingbook, Michael worked for America Online the past eight years, most recently as finance manager focusing on advertising sales and analyzing business deals. In the media networks advertising division, Ondrejko oversaw $1.2 billion in search and display advertising revenues annually. Additionally, Ondrejko was responsible for sales field business management for more than 100 sales representatives located in eight offices across the country. Prior to America Online, Ondrejko was a business manager for QuadraMed Corp., a leader in health care information technology solutions.

Ondrejko is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pamplin College of Business.

Todd Ridgeway
Vice President of Media Sales

Todd is responsible for implementing a local, regional, and national advertising sales strategy. He is also expanding upon and building new strategic partnerships in order to monetize Listingbook’s web traffic.

Prior to Listingbook, Todd was a senior account executive with Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions. In that role, Todd led an account team with responsibilities for selling both display and search advertising to the key and strategic account segments; for global brands including Coca-Cola, Disney, FedEx, Glaxo SmithKline, AT&T, Lenovo, and Philips.

Todd joined Microsoft after several years of service with AOL Time Warner. There, he held several roles including regional director of interactive sales for AOL and local sales manager for Time Warner Cable TV. During his tenure with AOL Time Warner, he led new media initiatives including cross platform sales (Cable, Online and Print) and Real Estate VOD.

Prior to AOL, Todd spent nearly twenty years in the oil and gas exploration business holding Sales Management and Engineering positions. His career included three years of living abroad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and one year in Bogota, Columbia. Todd holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Tulane University and is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Tammi Reitzel
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tammi Reitzel joined Listingbook in January 2006 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Reitzel is currently responsible for all financial aspects of the Company as well as serving as the Human Resources Manager at this time. In addition to her role with Listingbook, Reitzel serves as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Capsule Group, LLC, a private investment company.

Prior to her involvement with these companies, Reitzel served for 14 years as the Vice President of Finance at Ornamental Products, a High Point, NC based supplier of decorative moulding and trim to the furniture industry. Reitzel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Emily Kranz
Vice President of Operations for Sales, Marketing, and Training

With a background in technology supporting business processes, change management, and systems development, Emily Kranz is the vice president of operations for sales, marketing and training at Listingbook. She also acts as the director of training, supporting both internal and customer training in the field.

Emily’s previous experience includes technology consulting with both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Clarkston Consulting, where she worked in a variety of roles on multi-million dollar ERP implementations. She also has extensive experience teaching in both academia and corporate environments, and has served as an adjunct instructor at High Point University’s Management of Information Systems department.

Emily has a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has two young sons and is active in the Greensboro Jewish community.

Scott Ferner
Director of System Integration

Scott Ferner, 46, serves as the Director of Systems Integration for Listingbook. Ferner leads the Company's system integration team and is responsible for configuration and data conversion to ensure seamless implementation of Listingbook with host MLS systems. Prior to joining Listingbook, Ferner served as Director of Information Technology for Design Factory, a Winston-Salem, NC based marketing and web development firm. While at Design Factory, Ferner was responsible for developing and implementing public and extranet properties for Sara Lee Foodservice and Duke Energy, a Fortune 100 energy firm. Previously, Ferner served as Vice-President of internet startup, Epistyle.com, focused on delivering 3-dimensional, interactive imaging services for furniture industry web sites. Additionally, Ferner has broad experience developing business and database applications in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and federal government sectors. Ferner received a Masters degree in Business Administration from George Mason University and a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Business from Wake Forest University.
