I'm getting an "Invalid Username or Password" error - why?
Please return to the login page and confirm that you have entered the information correctly. If you receive this error again, please make sure your MLS ID is still active with the MLS.
Once your ID is reactivated in the MLS, your Listingbook account will be available within 24 hours.
Have you recently updated your login information with your MLS?
If you have a new MLS ID, you do NOT need to create a new Listingbook account. Please contact Customer Support (helpdesk@listingbook.com) with your name and new MLS ID and we will update your Listingbook account.
If you have a new password from your MLS, Listingbook will automatically receive that information in our MLS updates. This process can take up to 2 hours.
